Welcome to Arab Culture Club

Who we are

At Arab Culture Club,  is a not-for-profit organization, independent of ethnicity, religious beliefs, and politics, Arab Culture Club was established in November 2019  with 7 board members. We serve: Immigrants, Canadians and others of Arabic descent or heritage,

citizens and residents interested in Arabic language and culture. 

Our Mission

Provide an environment to experience and share Arabic culture, language, history and heritage as a beautiful element in the Canadian fabric, and to forge links between Arabic culture and the diverse community around it.

Our Values

At Arab Culture Club, we believe in inclusivity, diversity, respect, transparency and impartiality. We welcome members from all backgrounds and strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. We also prioritize giving back to our community through volunteering and various types of affordable programming..

OUR SITTING BOARD

Our Board members

Moncton resident, Executive Director at NB Health Council, and community advocate for diversity. Passionate about Arabic language, Reem writes contemporary poetry and performs with Arabika. As a member of the Moncton Cultural Board, she enriches her community's cultural tapestry.

Operational Business Manager at the City of Dieppe, International career in finance and project management, Passionate about strategic planning, Promoter of intercultural communication, Lover of art and culture, Dance, theater, music, and literature, Believer in enrichment through cultural diversity. 

Strategic Communications Manager at MAGMA, a newcomer settlement agency, Maha is firm believer in diversity and the power of inclusion.

Originally from Palestine-Jordan, Maha is passionate about food, languages , culture , and photography. She loves meeting new people and learning about their culture and traditions while enthusiastically sharing hers. 

 Sofia Zineddine, originally from Morocco, holds a master's degree in finance, banking, and insurance. She works as a mortgage refinancing agent, helping individuals optimize their real estate finances. Outside of work, she escapes into books, eager for cultural discoveries. Photography is also one of her passions, capturing the beauty of

Photography is also one of her passions, capturing the beauty of the world around us. Between her professional activities and her hobbies, she finds an enriching balance, where financial rigor harmoniously blends with creativity and curiosity 

 Originally from Algeria, Farah Ait Ali is a Spanish teacher and freelance translator. Passionate about Hispanic culture, art and Arab-Andalusian music. As a dedicated board member at the Arab Culture Club, she is committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community where we celebrate the richness of Arab heritage.

A retired doctor and the Director of Settlement at MAGMA for Newcomers. He's passionate about introducing the community to the rich and ancient Arab culture, its language, literature, poetry, and music. 

 Salim, originally from Morocco, is an IT engineer, artist, and project coordinator/manager who speaks four languages (Arabic, English, French, Spanish). His goals include listening, guiding, raising awareness, educating, and creating rare projects. Passionate about Manga culture, Salim organizes activities and large public festivals around it. He is also a facilitator of international exchanges.
